Tracked Dumper

JCB Tracked Dumper Studio

A compact, walk-behind, high-tip, diesel-powered tracked dumper designed to save time, energy and money. At 690mm wide it can pass through a standard doorway and its 1450mm tip height lets it discharge its 500kg load directly into a skip or vehicle.

Power Packs & Tools

JCB Power Pack Studio

JCB manufacture an industry leading range of power packs and hydraulic tools. They feature a suction circuit which eliminates pulsation damage and a power-on-demand system that reduces off load engine speed to idle, for reduced noise levels,  less engine wear and lower fuel consumption. Adjustable hydraulic flow allows precise choice of hydraulic outputs to get optimum power for heavier breaking, drilling and cutting applications.

Pedestrian Roller

The SD580 is JCB’s smallest walk-behind roller. It weighs 185kg and comes with a proven Honda GX160 engine. It is ideally suited to smaller asphalt work and ground care duties inaccessible to larger twin drum rollers. It has minimal overhang (12mm / 0.5”) on the left hand side.

Vibratory Rammers

JCB Vibrating Plates Rammers Studio 1

The JCB Vibromax VMR series feature a robust, low-maintenance design with a low centre of gravity and a four-column guide for a stable operation and continuous, fault-free working. In use, they generate a horizontal force which moves the tool forward making them easier to handle.

Vibratory Plates

The JCB forward plate range includes the 300mm, 400mm and 500mm models fitted with Honda petrol engines and can be specified with additional options to suit your application. JCB’s reversing plate range is available in 325mm, 425mm, 450mm and 500mm widths they are powered by petrol and diesel engines and have a stationary feature allowing you to carry out compaction tasks in confined areas where turning would be difficult or impossible for a non reversing unit.
