How the Tesab 200TC Cone Crusher Works
At the heart of the 200TC is the MC200 high-speed, high-throw cone with a direct drive system. This cone offers a wide range of settings, from a minimum closed side setting (CSS) of just 13mm (0.5”) to a maximum feed opening of 185mm (7.25”), allowing for precision control over output size and quality.
Material is fed into the 914mm (38”) wide feed opening via a large 5m³ hopper, which is equipped with a programmable feeder remote for optimal flow and safety. The crushed material exits via a 1200mm (48”) wide conveyor, which boasts a high discharge height and hydraulic raise/lower system – perfect for creating larger stockpiles and reducing site dust.
All of this is powered by a robust 350Hp (260kW) engine, giving the 200TC cone crusher a production capacity of up to 250 tonnes per hour, depending on material and setup.
